Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

How long will it take to get my order?
All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from shipping times. Orders may take up to 3 business days to process (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays). Shipping generally takes 3-5 business days. Rush shipping is available for an additional price. Shipping prices will be reflected during checkout. All shipping fees are non-refundable. 

What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers, however, we generally ship orders through USPS. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. Tracking information is sent via email when processing is completed.

Can I return my product?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please be mindful of this when placing your order. We  appreciate your understanding.
